It took fifteen years to sell the gigantic Milanese penthouse where Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Reggiani lived for years before moving in via Palestro.
The mega apartment is located on the corner of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza San Babila, and Corso Europa and has a suface of 1770 square meters, which are spread over three floors, of which the first – unified – has 37 windows that offer a 360-degree view of Milan, the second has a huge terrace and the last, with a roof of 800 square meters houses a garden, a swimming pool, a kitchen, and a bar.
It was bought by the Indian magnate Rishal Shah, founder and owner of Jekson Vision, a multinational company specializing in the control and traceability of drugs. The final purchase figure is secret, but it should be around 20 million euros, a record even for an apartment in the center of Milan. The condominium fees are between 50 thousand and 100 thousand euros per year.
